BMB s.p.a., the world renowned brand of injection molding machine manufacturer, on showed their hybrid injection molding machine SP28I1300 at PlastImagen 2025 with turn-key solution of 8 cavities cups high speed production which the cups picked by a CAMPETELLA high speed robot, the world renowned robotic arms manufacturer from Italy.

The 8 cavities cups production system on show is running at a total cycle time around 6s with in mold time of around 1.2s, which is a super speed in the production of the 750ml cups of 8 cavities. The hybrid injection molding system is an economic solution between the hydraulic and all electric injection molding machine for a balance of the budget and energy saving.

The combination of the BMB injection molding machine and the CAMPETELLA high spped robot will ensure a super productivity of the cups, but for the production of cups they'll have to face the severe competition from their Chinese competitor of which the budget for the same productivity would be only about 50% or less of the BMB + CAMPETELLA solutions.
