SWITEK Finalize the Assembly and Testing of the Automation System for Ball Valve Injection Molding

PVC/PPR Pipe Fittings Injection Automation Solutions

The new automation systems for the auto-production of ball vales of varies size is assembling and tested in the workshop of GuangDong Switek Technology Co., Ltd., of which will help the producers of PVC/PPR ball valves reduce the man hours andd increase the productivity.

The automation systems under go assembly and testing are solutions for the produciton of ball valves with both male and female nuts of varies size to be used in the drainage system. With a custom made 3 axis servo injection robot and end of arm tooling, the automation system will finish the production process of O ring/Core sorting, layout, inserting, parts picking, runner cutting and handle turning.

Since the first automation system of in mold insertion for pipe fittings production delivered in 2015, SWITEK R&D team developed a series of custom made automation system which include PVC pipe fittings runner cutting, PVC/PPR pipe fittings brass in mold insertion and runner cutting, faucet mandrel in mold insertion and runner cutting solution, ball valve core and O ring in mold insertion and runner cutting solutions etc. to provide the producer of pipe fittings a turn-key solutions of injection automation.
